Migration of company-internal infrastructure
No more expensive maintenance and operating charges associated with on-premises infrastructure
Summary
Up to this point, we have loaned private data centers and performed all of our various services with on-premises servers. One possible point of improvement is the cost of such operations.
Moreover, there are a number of server groups without backups, and we urgently need a counter-measure.
Accordingly, we have established a Virtual Private Cloud environment in AWS, giving us a back-up of our on-premises system.
After that, we switched the Active Directory and NAS environments over to AWS, as well as our on-premises web services.
